GDPR Compliance

Privacy Policy

1.3 Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is conducted under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request. Additional processing may occur under Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in improving our digital interface services.

1.4 Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. Project-related data is retained for 24 months after the final delivery. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months unless a contractual relationship is established.

1.5 Your Rights

1.6 International Transfers

Contractual Framework

Terms of Service

2.1 Service Scope

MarketVisionDigital provides digital interface design, micro-interaction architecture, accessibility compliance, cross-browser usability optimization, and related web design services as outlined in individual project proposals.

2.2 Engagement Process

Services are initiated through our structured engagement roadmap: Discovery Brief, Design & Prototype, Build & QA, and Deploy & Orbit. Each phase requires client sign-off before proceeding to the subsequent phase.

2.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are issued at agreed milestones as specified in the project proposal. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Italian civil code (D.Lgs. 231/2002).

2.4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables including design files, source code, and prototypes are transferred to the client. MarketVisionDigital retains the right to display project work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

MarketVisionDigital's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the relevant project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service delivery.

2.6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Aosta Valley, Italy. The parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

Data Handling

Cookie Policy

3.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They enable website functionality, session persistence, and analytics tracking to improve the user experience.

3.2 Essential Cookies

MarketVisionDigital uses strictly necessary cookies for session management, CSRF protection, and cookie consent persistence. These cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC) as amended by GDPR.

Client Rights

Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

4.2 Cancellation During Active Project

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment is due for all completed milestones and any in-progress work calculated on a pro-rata basis. Completed deliverables remain the property of MarketVisionDigital until full payment is received.

4.3 Deliverable Disputes

If deliverables do not conform to the agreed project specification, MarketVisionDigital will undertake reasonable revisions at no additional cost within the original project scope. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items

Third-party license fees, domain registrations, hosting prepayments, and assets procured specifically for the project are non-refundable. These costs will be itemized separately in project proposals.

4.5 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refund requests are reviewed by the MarketVisionDigital compliance team and processed in accordance with Italian consumer protection legislation (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
